VAM-3 and showing a tiny die chip well left of the date, although the attribution does not mention this easy pickup point. NGC may have been a trifle conservative as the coin appears very close to prooflike given healthy mirrors and frothy texture layered upon the devices. An agreeable, choice coin with most abrasions typically affecting the portrait.
