US Currency-Continental Currency
During the time of the American Revolution there was not yet a central bank so multiple types of currency circulated including Continental currency and Colonial currency. There is a total of nine such PMG certified examples in this group lot and the four Continental currency issues includes a 1778 $7 Yorktown F-12, a 1775 $8 VF-30, a 1776 $1/6 F-15, and a 1776 $8 AU-53. The remaining five issues are Colonial currency and includes a 1780 $1, a 1775 20 Schillings, a 1777 Six Pence, and a 1777 Four Pence. A lone uncertified example is a 1775 4 Schilling (ck).

A glamorous strand of graduated pearls ranging from 4.94mm to 9.82mm containing 64 near round and semi-baroque Akoya pearls with a light cream color and pink and green overtones, GIA Report #5232639040. The necklace is completed with a fancy diamond and sapphire clasp that can be worn in the front or back and has a halo of old cut round diamonds weighing approximately 1.00 cttw, SI clarity, I color, around a round brilliant natural blue sapphire from Cambodia with no indications of heating but has been clarity enhanced measuring 7.00 x 7.10mm, GIA Report #6233639033.
