  • Collection of 100 different Washington quarters in a Library of Coin Volume 15 album
  • Quarter Dollars-Washington
  • Completion is the “name of the game” when referencing this completed collection of Washington quarters that are neatly stored in a Library of Coins album. Grades range widely from Very Good through Choice Uncirculated with several proof issues mixed in towards the later stages of this series from 1932 through 1972. There are far too many issues to list them all, but the most notable examples are as follows: a 1932 (BU), a 1932-D (AU Details, cleaned), a 1932-S (XF), a 1934 (AU+), a 1935 (AU+), a 1938-S (AU), a 1940 (AU+), a 1940-S (BU), a 1941 (BU), a 1942 (BU), a 1943 (BU), a 1943-S (BU), a 1944 (BU), a 1945 (BU), a 1945-D (AU++), a 1946 (BU), a 1946-D (AU++), a 1946-S (BU), a 1947 (BU), a 1947-D (BU), a a1947-S (BU++), a 1948-D (BU), and a 1948-S (BU++). There a many more AU and better examples mixed in throughout the remainder of the set as well (ck).

  • Lot #873 - 1803 100/000 PCGS VF-25
  • Hammer: $1,200
  • Large Cents-Draped Bust
  • Sheldon-249, 100/000 fraction, and apparently die state II with the "mumps" die defect attached to Liberty's jaw. From a commercial standpoint, sharpness may be slightly better than VF-25, this offset by a rather generous helping of small circulation marks strewn across the obverse. Decent eye appeal unfolds on both sides due to much nicer powder-chocolate patina that shows remarkably few distractions other than those abrasions.

  • Lot #222 - 1934 $1,000 St. Louis - VF
  • Hammer: $2,600
  • US Currency-Federal Reserve Notes, Small
  • Morals And Liberty Collection. Fr. 2211-H, light green seal. While St. Louis is a tougher district, this note falls in at just the right grade to warrant use as a type example or conversation piece. Very good color and decently centered.
