Lot #867 - 1793 Wreath, Vine, and Bars PCGS F details/environmental damage
Large Cents-Flowing Hair
Sheldon-6 (R.3), with a vine-and-bars edge per PCGS. Border legends are as bold as can be and stand well clear from a partially dentilated obverse rim. The reverse features a considerable majority of the dentils throughout. PCGS calls out "environmental damage", yet the surface is not nearly as bad as that might imply, showing dusky wallet-brown with scant, tiny planchet voids and slightly uneasy surface texture.

As is often true of late date Morgan dollars, the strike did not take hold very well on either side, leaving roller marks on the portrait and striations drizzling down especially boldly on the reverse. Shimmering brilliant white throughout.

This pretty diamond and sapphire cocktail ring features a 2.62 ct. oval teal sapphire, with indications of heat treatments, and Stone Group Laboratories report #240418F-SJ. The ring contains .49 cttw in round and shield cut side diamonds, SI clarity, G-H color. Ring size 6.5, 3.5 dwt.
