From a routine standpoint, this being a Serial Number 1 national off of Rochester, MN, the grade and intrigue surrounding the lowest possible number alone should elicit strong interest from the audience. The cataloger could not trace any sales of the only other known #1. On top of that, PMG deems the back design to be so misaligned that it qualified for an "error" acknowledgement -- ironic in that a properly centered back printing may have placed the note's grade into gem territory.
