Seemingly nicer than expected for just MS-62, luster may be just barely subdued, possibly after an overzealous dip. Decently well struck at the obverse center, the reverse does flaunt a bit of weakness along the leading edge of the eagle's hind leg.

From Tiffany’s Black Box Collection, here’s a custom made 14K yellow gold and black onyx tie tack/tie pin. In a circular design, the original clutch is also present. Inscribed jewelers mark of 46111. Somewhere in the Tiffany Archives, the company knows exactly who this piece was designed for and when it was made. Cool thought! This piece comes with the orginal box. Excellent condition. Dimensions: .35” x .35”, 1.9 dwt with the clutch.
