A sumptuous type copper-nickel cent -- or ideal for usage within a very high quality set -- this sumptuous Civil War example features marvelous honey-copper luster that absolutely zooms around both sides. The reverse features a hint of duskier overtones, suggesting this may have been a "thumb buster" album coin in the distant past. The four-diamond strike appears to be complete in all areas.
