  • Lot #748 - 1929 and 1930, both NGC MS-65 FH
  • Hammer: $1,450
  • Quarter Dollars-Standing Liberty
  • NGC has suitably graded a pair of late-date Philadelphia Standing Liberty quarters with full head sharpness. Intensely frosted silvery luster permeates 1929, and the surface shows zero mentionable marks along with an occasional splash of carbon to suggest a nicely original surface. If anything, 1930 may even more original as splendid steam-grey almond-grey patina diffuses underlying luster and takes on an occasional speckle of tobacco toning. Two coin lot.
