Likely semi-prooflike when struck, some mirroring still persists up against the devices. Cloudy surfaces exhibit fairly prolific hairlining beneath most viewing angles. Very bold, perhaps to the level of AU-55 sharpness.

Morals And Liberty Collection. Kagin-6a (R.5+). Though always weakly detailed, the central intricacies seem even flatter than usual for the type on the obverse, while the reverse seems a trifle sharper by comparison. More important, perhaps, the surface exhibits endearing carrot-gold hue that suggests a highly original surface. Trivial nicks in Liberty's central hair are the most obvious sign of contact, and the cataloger notes a shallow rim bump on the reverse at far right.

A matched pair of cultured pearl and spinel pins. The cream colored pearls range in size from 4.5 to 7mm. The blue spinels are a combination of round and princess cut gems that range from pale to dark blue in color and range from 3 to 4mm. Dimensions 1.25” x 1”, 11.5 dwt.
