A series of dies states are famously well collected by fans of the series, but perhaps as important is the marvelous gem quality seen over this practically unblemished, pure silver-white example. Clem Stevens Collection. VAM-6, Top-100, consisting of the strong 8/7 in the date. An exceedingly frosty silver dollar, the obverse somehow projects a hint of cameo effect despite the astonishing amount of frost. Very decently struck and amazingly clean, especially within the fields.
