Aliyah Darnell Collection. Minor variety: a boldly raised die-line crosses over the rays left of Liberty's gown. The cataloger has noted this obverse die before and gut feel is that it comprises perhaps ten percent of 1914-S Saints? At any rate, a lustrous yet somehow slightly subdued example with a typically slightly soft strike.

Rather modestly abraded for a Carson City with the most mentionable marks being a few scattered linear abrasions. Noticeable strike doubling shows at TWENTY on the reverse. Considerable luster remains prevalent, especially on the reverse.
