Zee's Densities Collection. A pair of eagles both make for choice type representation. Included are: 1899 (steamy patina over gorgeous golden hue and enjoying a fantastic strike), and 1932 (the usual very good strike complemented by confident luster, although a few tiny greenish verdigris dots must be noted). Two coin lot.

Ancient Coins-Roman Empire
Pacific Coast Highway Collection. OBV: Roman consul walking left accompanied by two lictors. REV: eagle facing left stands on scepter clutching laurel wreath in right talon. That ancient technology was capable of such detail on both sides of a coin nearly defies belief. While struck perhaps 15% off-center, the flan still somehow received flowline effect very much similar to modern cartwheel luster.
