Silver Dollar-Liberty Seated
Mintage: 27,200. Cataloger's grade: [AU/cleaned] even though considerable patina has returned after spending decades in album storage. Noticeable luster percolates between the stars but is somehow a little distorted in broader areas of the field due to abrading. A precisely struck silver dollar that looks a lot nicer than the disclaimer might imply.

Land And Home Collection. Hodder 2-D, Breen-190, R.6+. The "Godless" LON DON variety is much scarcer than the more often encountered GOD PRESERVE LONDON varieties. The surface of this wallet-brown example has a somewhat dry appearance but has no curious discolorations. Several tiny, curious pockmarks dot the elephant side, while the reverse shows no unexpected contact.
