Lot #875 - 1810/09 PCGS XF details/cleaned
Large Cents-Classic Head
Sheldon-281, no clash marks and thus suggestive of an earlier strike. This Sheldon variety always seems to come a little softly struck yet the headband shows plainly and most definition within the strands of hair are nicely rendered. PCGS states "cleaned" but a more thorough inspection suggests that corrosion has been relieved from the surface, the whole coin later recolored nicely and nearly to the state of an original piece.

A gorgeous filigree bracelet with eight round brilliant diamonds weighing approximately 2.25 cttw, SI1-2 clarity, I-J color. There are intricate floral links and four engraved links that were added. Length 8”, 11.2 dwt.
