Indeed, this coin borders upon special designation with a fully prooflike obverse and semi-prooflike-plus reverse that could earn a "star" at another grading service. A fair number of random bagmarks stray upon the cheek, all of them small and individually unimportant -- fully consistent with a choice or better grade.
