Def Grapefruit Collection. A trio of Walking Liberty half-dollars matches up well despite disparate grades. Included are 1917 (unusually smooth, platinum-grey shows an interesting line of charcoal on the reverse), 1917-D (brilliant and a true "slider" unc with virtually undetectable friction), and 1929-D (strong for the grade with unexpectedly gutsy luster and minimal surface abrasions). Three coin lot.

Clem Stevens Collection. The brilliant, shining surface retains all of its original mint radiance, as if the coin had just fallen off the dies, but a number of random, small abrasions land on either side. Die polish shows plainly outside the peripheral lettering.
