1909-S VDB Lincoln PCGS MS-64RB
Small Cents-Lincoln, Wheat
Long thought to be "the best" grade for the famous 1909-S VDB, the sentiment represents an ideal compromise between high quality at a decent price, yet still with most of the mint red intact. Here is a fabulous example that exhibits everything desired for the grade, including an excellent strike, blazing flame-thrower luster and an acceptable number of carbon flecks. Astute bidders will find a subtle fingerprint remnant at far right.
