US Currency-National Bank Notes
The Goshen National Bank Goshen, New York. Clearly heavily worn to the extent that edge chips enter the conversation over grading considerations, but this is clearly a very rare note. Nevertheless, very good signatures still manage to persist on the extensively circulated paper. The bank's charter date lists as July 7, 1865 and an extant proof note from the bank has a plate date of September 1, 1865.
