  • Bolivia - 1774-PTS 8 reales - NGC MS-62
  • World Coins-Bolivia
  • KM#55, Potosi mint, Charlies III. This nearly choice and slightly semi-prooflike example has all the hallmarks of a hoard coin, that status explaining why the date is fairly plentiful in mint-state. Well struck details include a noticeable doubled profile, pinpoint hair details, and excellent relief over the crown on the reverse. Fragile hairlines must explain the grade as the surface does not show any noticeable marks.
