A total of only seven issues are missing from the Walking Liberty half-dollar run that includes the following: a 1916-D (BU), a 1916-S obverse (VG), a 1917 (XF), a 1917-S Reverse (AU++), a 1918 (VF), a 1918-S (F+), a 1918-D (F), a 1919 (VG), a 1919-D (F+), a 1919-S (VG), a 1920-D (VF), a 1921 (F, rev rim damage), a 1921-D (F), a 1921-S (GD+), a 1936-D (AU), a 1938-D (VF, cleaned), a 1939-D (AU), a 1942 (AU+), a 1945 (BU), a1945-D (BU), a 1945-S (BU) and a 1947-D (BU). The second chapter of this story is a nearly complete run of Franklin halves that span from 1948 through 1959 with every single piece falling neatly into the Uncirculated grade ranges. All of these are housed in Wayte Raymond album for an added layer of appeal (ck).
