  • Silver Dollar-Flowing Hair
  • Bolender-1, BB-21, two leaves. While extremely rare in mint-state, B-1 provides excellent opportunity for type representation because most are nicely produced, this example showing terrific, consistent detailing throughout. That said, the die-marriage often sees adjustment marks and the obverse shows some brief lines after TY on the rim, and lower left of the ear. Back to the growing list of positives, the surface appears to be unusually original, endowed with agreeable smoke-grey and salmon overtones. On top of that, the surface seems amazingly free from post-production contact marks, strengthening the case for a maximum bid.
