Half Dollars-Liberty Seated
Swap Deterred Collection. Neither of the major grading services encapsulated this pair of half-dollar types. first is 1867-S "inverted mintmark" showing chalk-grey surfaces and subdued luster at the cataloger's grade: [AU/lightly cleaned]. Accompanying is 1873, cataloger's grade [XF/cleaned] yet now recovering a substantial amount of color, most likely from Kraft envelope or cardboard album storage. Two coin lot.

Dino-Mite Collection. A trio of choice more-or-less half-dimes get proper PCGS treatment in terms of grade. Included are: 1844 (roll friction in obverse right field while otherwise completely doused in attractive wintergreen patina), 1847 in MS-64 (very attractive album toning on cleanly struck details), and 1847 in MS-62 (olive-green obverse and more olive-gold and greenish hues on the reverse all over clashed dies).
