Copeland Society Consignment. A trio of NTC silver dollars are worthy contenders despite potential disagreement with assigned grades. Included are: 1878 8TF (cataloger's grade: [AU-58], heavily draped in vintage greyish hues with utterly pleasing, vibrant midnight-blue tracing the rims, 1890-O (cataloger's grade: [MS-64 SPL], nearly prooflike and showing a clean cheek offset by scant abrasions in the obverse lower left field), and 1892-O (cataloger's grade: [UNC/cleaned] but only faintly so, and now draped in faint apricot patina that downplays trivial hairlines and planchet striations). Three coin lot.

Remarkably free from abrasions, the assigned grade seems too low as the surfaces simply look choice. Close inspection of the clashed surfaces finds faint, feathery hairlines that really don't seem to impeded eye-appeal whatsoever.
