Gold $5-Indian Head Half Eagle
A tiny spot of verdigris at the top of the headdress joins tiny greenish splashes on the reverse. Fairly well detailed and undoubtedly nicely lustrous beneath vintage patina.

Gold $3-Indian Princess Head
Scott Laiter Collection. 41 graded MS-61, 37 higher at NGC. While more available as a date within the series, 1868 is at least not one of the truly common emissions. Without aid of a loupe, MS-61 almost seems too low given the lovely semi-flashy luster often seen for the date. Traces of lavender-gold show on both sides.
