  • World Coins-Mexico
  • KM#309, Mexico City mint as are all of this one-year type. Excellent details show on either side and would not lead one to suspect that many of this type are poorly struck. Somewhat pale overall and a little glossy even while charcoal-grey accents remain persistent between peripheral devices.

  • Lot #434 - 1891-CC ANACS MS-62
  • Hammer: $2,500
  • Gold $5-Liberty Head Half Eagle
  • Rustic Holidays Collection. Seemingly a surefire crossover candidate to any legitimate grading service, the surface exhibits even yellow-golden hue from every viewing angle except for an occasional, minute crumble of tobacco brown. Despite delicate cracking around the periphery of the obverse die, both sides display sophisticated details and agreeable cartwheel effect.

  • Jewelry-Silver
  • Circa 1960/1970, this sterling silver (tested, not marked) and turquoise squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and an 8-stone Naja at the bottom. The design of the piece is mostly original with a slight twist on modernism. The turquoise used in the making appears to be from the Cripple Creek mine. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 28”, 5.78 troy ounces.
