  • Lot #905 - 1878 NGC PR-65 RD CAMEO
  • Small Cents-Indian Head
  • Iam B. Kami Collection. 12 graded PR-65 RD, 4 higher at NGC. Snow-2PR identified by a tiny, raised dot above "ER" in LIBERTY. The extremely low population above gem only begins to speak to the extravagant rarity that accompanies virtually pristine beauty for this blazing copper-red proof cent. Decent contrast on both sides elicits the cameo designation and there can be no denying the uninterrupted red color that layers the entire surface.

  • Collector Lots-So-Called Dollars
  • HK-449, silver, Manila mint, and sometimes referenced by PCGS as "medal". It is collected as a member of both the U.S. Philippines and the "so-called dollar" series. Struck also in gold and copper, the present silver example is that most often seen. While landing within the choice grade range, one can see this as a superior specimen since the fields appear unusually free from distraction and excellent luster reaches across both sides.
