  • Lot #658 - Twenty 1881-S ANACS MS-64
  • Silver Dollar-Morgan
  • Nearly identical toning, surface quality, and consecutive serial numbers suggests that this twenty coin lot of ANACS certified 1881-S Morgan silver dollars was simply an original roll that was sent in as a lone submission. Each example was conservatively graded as MS-64 and resides in the older style “soap box” holder. This would be one of the coolest ways to own a roll of 1881-S Morgan dollars (ck)!

Three examples are PCGS certified and include an 1881-O MS-64 CAC, an 1881-S MS-64 CAC and a 1900-O MS-65 CAC. A lone NGC issue is a very attractive 1881-S MS-65 CAC. Above average eye appeal made all four of these “no doubters” with regards to earning their respective CAC green badges of honor (ck).
