Gold $5-Liberty Head Half Eagle
Bravery Consignment. Mintage: 36,400. 11 graded AU-55, 7 higher at PCGS. Rare in all certified grades, as one might guess from the low San Francisco mintage. Just thin patina layers over most of what was likely a semi-prooflike example upon striking. Orange splashes and several tiny, sharper abrasions emerge on the obverse.

All of these are nicely housed in a black Capital plastics display board that provides a very appealing contrast (ck).
