Flat Creek, Missouri Collection. Just one glance at the blazing white paper and perfect centering on the front is enough to vouch for the very-gem grade. For that matter, the back of the note is perfectly centered as well, (wink). Hard to find so nice in this high denomination with the first print missing.

Ash-grey patina tends to subdue the luster on either side, a remnant of delicate circulation although the reverse seems slightly more energetic. One medium nick just below the ear joins a plethora of other much smaller, scattered abrasions. The reverse was struck off of a moderately failed die, a circular die crack connecting many of the peripheral letters.

Circa 1960/1970, this overly large sterling silver (tested, not marked) and chrysocolla squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and a 7-stone Naja at the bottom. With an overly bold design, the stone used in the making emulates a darker grade of turquoise than usually found in this type of necklace. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 26”, 8.40 troy ounces.
