  • Benjamin J. Collection. VAM-3, popular for both a doubled-die obverse and reverse. Nothing impairs the vivid luster of this obviously-choice example, although frosted areas receive some bag abrasions on the cheek and potentially slidemarks on the neck. A rather amazingly well-preserved reverse actually looks MS-66(!), elevating overall appeal of this well-liked semi-key date.

Included in this grouping is 3x 1960 PR-65 Franklin half-dollars and a 1909 VDB MS-65RD Lincoln cent. All three of the 1960 Franklin halves appear to be Cameo examples as well (ck).
