Included are: BG-727 (astonishingly high grade and blatantly prooflike), BG-728 (drenched in curiously lackluster greenish hue and unusually well struck), and BG-872 (rather outstanding citrus-gold on the obverse and lemon-yellow on the reverse with semi-prooflike reflectivity). 5 graded PR-67+ CAM, 6 higher at NGC. Unlike many overdipped examples, the surface exhibits traces of bone-grey patina that only emphasizes tremendous cameo effect. The grade might reach for "finest known" candidacy if not for a slender linear abrasion beneath the chin -- the only evidence of contact that can readily be found with a loupe.
