  • Lot #616 - Three 1884-CC GSA NGC MS-64 PL
  • Silver Dollar-Morgan
  • GSA holders enclose a brilliant trio of Morgan dollars, all dated 1884-CC. First is an off-white blazer showing an incredibly full strike and barely prooflike fields, followed by a sparkling, borderline colorless example with even stronger details and better mirrors. Third and final is a pure silver-white example, once again only barely prooflike and in this case, the strike is a percentage point or two off of absolutely perfection. Three coin lot.

  • Lot #442 - 1901-S PCGS MS-64
  • Hammer: $700
  • Gold $5-Liberty Head Half Eagle
  • FS-501 (?). Multiple mintmark varieties exist for 1901-S but this appears to be the "large S over micro S", although slight abrading may be confusing the issue. A coin replete with eye-appeal and perhaps additional appeal given the misshapen mintmark.
