  • Lot #98 - Swaziland - Five certified UNC 20 francs certified by PCGS
  • Hammer: $2,700
  • World Coins-Swaziland
  • While the Swiss 20 Franc gold coin is a popular choice among bullion investors as a low premium way to buy smaller gold, there are some lower mintage issues that can be very difficult to attain. This five piece lot of PCGS certified 20 Francs offers five such examples and includes an 1883 MS-63, an 1891-B MS-61, an 1892-B MS-62, an 1893-B MS-61, and an 1893-B MS-62. Each of these offers a very similar aesthetic displaying yellow-orange surfaces that are bright and lustrous with some minor bag marks noticed. These issues have a combined catalog value north of $12,000 (ck)!

  • Jewelry-Silver
  • Circa 1960/1970, this overly large sterling silver (tested, not marked) and chrysocolla squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and a 7-stone Naja at the bottom. With an overly bold design, the stone used in the making emulates a darker grade of turquoise than usually found in this type of necklace. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 26”, 8.40 troy ounces.
