  • Lot #590 - 1799 PCGS VF details/repaired
  • Silver Dollar-Draped Bust
  • Rebel Yell Collection. Bolender-12, BB-160, and an earlier die-state we believe, unless surface repairs effaced die cracks that help attribute the die state. Sharpness appears to fall about midway between VF and XF, leading to an early dollar with wonderfully bold major details. Despite overall abrading of the surface, especially the obverse, by no means does this coin offend the eye.

  • Lot #528 - 1903 NGC MS-62
  • Hammer: $2,400
  • Gold $20-Liberty Head Double Eagle
  • An extremely flashy example, eye-appeal blatantly exceeds the technical MS-62 on account of superb semi-prooflike character gleaming from both sides. The high-definition strike imparted fabulous details, the confluence of all these factors likely to drive the high bid up and up for this jewel.

  • Jewelry-Silver
  • Circa 1960/1970, this sterling silver (tested, not marked) and turquoise squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and an 8-stone Naja at the bottom. The design of the piece is mostly original with a slight twist on modernism. The turquoise used in the making appears to be from the Cripple Creek mine. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 28”, 5.78 troy ounces.
