Lot #616 - Three 1884-CC GSA NGC MS-64 PL
Silver Dollar-Morgan
GSA holders enclose a brilliant trio of Morgan dollars, all dated 1884-CC. First is an off-white blazer showing an incredibly full strike and barely prooflike fields, followed by a sparkling, borderline colorless example with even stronger details and better mirrors. Third and final is a pure silver-white example, once again only barely prooflike and in this case, the strike is a percentage point or two off of absolutely perfection. Three coin lot.

Brassy undertones contrast surprisingly well with golden hue within the fields and layered atop upper relief areas. Superbly struck, the coin would hands-down be choice if not for simply too many light abrasions to permit such an upgrade.
