95 graded MS-64, 6 higher at PCGS. While common up to and including MS-63, the high-mintage 1882 suddenly becomes very difficult at MS-64 and essentially impossible to locate any finer. For the most part, only microscopic abrasions litter the surface, although there is a plethora of them. Two small reedmarks in front of the brow and one sharper nick in front of the bust limit the grade.
