An antique Victorian 14K Gold (tested) set including a pair of earrings a pin. Crafted in England, and still nestled in its original box, each piece of the demi-parure features a faceted diamond and a multitude of natural pearls. The pieces are in excellent condition and overall, a lovely set of jewelry to gift. The pin holds one old mine cut diamond weighing approximately .30 ct., SI clarity, I color as well as 30 natural pearls. The earrings are suspended from non-pierced screw backs and each piece holds one 2.5mm old cut round diamond as well as 15 natural pearls. What’s today’s date? Each year of issue of the widely collected Morgan silver dollar series is represented within this Dansco album “Date Set” collection along with four additional examples to represent each mint that produced this sought after series. Nearly every issue is an uncirculated specimen that offers various style of mild peripheral tones. Included in this eye catching run are the following examples: an 1878 7TF Rev of ’78 (MS-62), an 1886 (MS-64 PL), an 1891 (MS-63), an 1892-O (MS-63+), an 1893 (AU), an 1894-S (AU-58), an 1895-O (AU+), an 1897-S (BU), a 1903 (MS-64), and a 1904-O (MS-62 PL). Additionally, there are two more notable examples in the “Mint Marks” category that includes an 1884-CC (MS-62) and an 1882-S (MS-64++). A total of thirty-two issues fills this jaw dropping run (ck).

Mint-state, the 1861 shows hints of powdery grey over vintage orange, joined by minimal hairlines. Outstanding royal-gold, once again a little powdery in appearance, endows the 1873-S which also features a pleasing, sharp strike. Two coin lot.
