  • Lot #652 - 1880-CC 8/Low 7 PCGS MS-63 CAC
  • Silver Dollar-Morgan
  • VAM-6, Top-100 could have been simply indicated by PCGS, which would have automatically denoted the low overdate. Minimal luster races across the fields, which is what one hopes of a silver dollar with truly deep mirrors. Almost perfectly struck despite several light, vertical planchet striations lined up across the ear.

  • Lot #827 - 1937 NGC PR-67 CAC
  • Hammer: $1,500
  • Nickels-Buffalo
  • A sensational proof type coin, the quality is exactly on par with what one expects of a superb-gem: glassy fields, a mere whisper of cameo effect, and pristine nickel-bright surfaces that have taken on only a hint of yellowish patina. A strike of incomparable sharpness predominates, as the cataloger found absolutely zero weak areas within the surgically precise design elements. If one wishes to be picky, a specific lighting angle can reveal a baby's breath fingerprint within the reverse far left field.

  • Circa 1960/1970, this sterling silver (tested, not marked) and turquoise squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and a 6-stone Naja at the bottom. The turquoise used in the making appears to be from the Cripple Creek mine. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 23”, 5.31 troy ounces.
