Cochrane Gambit Consignment. Ex-ANACS PR-63 CAM per the consignor. Rather dramatic eye-appeal beams from both sides due in large part to blazing mirrors, as well as bold turquoise and violet-blue toing near the rims. For the grade level, none of the mirrors shows many of the hairlines that typically distinguish the choice proof grade level, suggesting the possibility of upgrade on a good day.

Considerable luster remains present for this one, perhaps suggestive of the choice grade level. Perhaps a combination of heft and indifferent handling has created a situation whereby many seem to suffer nicks and bumps on edge, such anomalies professionally "corrected" at far right for this piece.
