  • Lot #229 - Error - 2015 Lincoln cent struck on a struck Roosevelt dime
  • Collector Lots-Error Coins
  • Sandra Wilson Algiers Estate. Sandra Wilson Algiers Collection. The cent was struck at a rotation of about 120 degrees, allowing the date to appear twice, although the later cent striking partially erased the final "5" from the dime's prior strike. The reverse is a veritable melange of contorted, intermingled details with both sides showing evidence of the copper core out beyond the rims. So well struck that the diameter very nearly reached that of an actual cent's flan.

  • Lot #829 - Five War Nickel sets
  • Hammer: $1,150
  • Nickels-Jefferson
  • The silver alloy of the “war time” Jefferson nickel gives it an appeal that the rest of the series simply cannot compete with. Wonderfully white surfaces that boast dazzling displays of luster are noticed throughout this five-set collection of uncirculated examples. Each of these sets are securely housed inside of Capital plastics display boards and are complete eleven coin runs. Mild traces of peripheral toning gives these sets a very natural appeal (ck).

  • Lot #308 - Native American Unsigned Squash Blossom
  • Hammer: $320
  • Jewelry-Silver
  • Circa 1960/1970, this overly large sterling silver (tested, not marked) and chrysocolla squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and a 7-stone Naja at the bottom. With an overly bold design, the stone used in the making emulates a darker grade of turquoise than usually found in this type of necklace. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 26”, 8.40 troy ounces.
