Liberty & Justice dominate the obverse and feature minimal fine details at this moderately worn level of preservation. Fabulous, fine-matte texture endows this coin with outstanding eye-appeal. Scarcely any major abrasions at all can be found, but a subtle sliding abrasion rises from the eagle's back, and a small depression shows in the lowest feathers of the headdress. Very few trivial surface grazes show on the obverse. A delightful example of a coin that suddenly becomes rare at the next grade level.
