Aliyah Darnell Collection. Formerly considered rare, 1909-S can now be readily found even in MS-64 due to a Central American hoard dispersed a few decades ago. A very well struck example, the present coin offers pleasing, slightly mellowed golden hue that suffers only delicate abrasions in limited quantity.

JR-1 small date, square base 2. The obverse shows no evidence of commonly seen clash marks while a partial outline of Liberty's portrait inverted on the reverse proves the dies were clashed at some point prior to striking. Acceptable yet slightly heavy grey toning predominates, surrounded by olive- grey accents.

I have to admit, this one won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but you will have to admit that it’s pretty darn cool! The center has a precious orangey marquise coral cabochon. There is a freeform, bezel set fossilized ammonite stone and the piece is completed with a elongated cabochon identified as rutilated quartz. None of the stones have indications of polymers or dyes, Stone Group Laboratories report #240827R-SJ. This piece has a pin on the back and also opens so it can be added to chain. Dimensions 4" x 1.5", 26.2 dwt.
