  • Quarter Dollars-Liberty Seated
  • Briggs 7-F. 3 graded MS-63, 6 higher at NGC. Common as can be in circulated grade, the 1856-O was clearly not saved in large numbers based on very rare status as mint-state at both grading services. This is a very bright, shimmering white example with prodigious luster off of clashed dies. While not often mentioned, obverse stars on the left are rather grotesquely repunched for this obverse die.

  • Circa 1960/1970 and signed by an unknown maker, here’s a sterling silver (tested) squash blossom necklace. With turquoise cabs that look like they might be from the Kingman mine, this necklace features a seven stone Naja pendant as well as 10 blossoms and a hook/eye closure. Possibly Navajo origin. Length 22”, 5.60 troy ounces.
