Quarter Dollars-Standing Liberty
101st Airborne Collection. A group of Standing Liberty quarters was recently extracted from the consignor's Dansco collection, as all the other pieces are circulated. Included are: 1917-D type-2 (MS-62 and extremely original toning that looks much like mint-set patina), 1919 (UNC/FH but showing hazy surfaces), 1925 (Ch BU), 1926-D (UNC but not well struck and showing album color), and 1928 (Ch BU/FH and with attractive turquoise iridescence clinging to the devices. Ex: Olathe Dollar Hoard. The cheek and fields have managed to elude all signs of noticeable abrasions. Indeed, only trivial surface grazes here and there seem to limit the grade. A shimmering, frosty ultra-white example that also offers a very good strike.

A gorgeous custom-made ring set featuring a 1.71 ct. princess cut center diamond, VS2 clarity, L color with French cut side sapphires on the profile and approximately .35 cttw in round brilliant diamonds on the engagement ring and band, SI clarity, I color. The shadow band fits perfectly around the curve of the princess cut and both rings have hand engraving on the bands. Ring size 4, 7.1 dwt.
