Collector Lots-Gold Type
Zee's Densities Collection. Tougher classic head gold coins offer type possibilities despite some PCGS disclaimers. First is an 1834 quarter eagle that shows upper rim anomalies suggesting a prior mount for jewelry use, and for sure, the surface glitters as if such was the case. Accompanying is an 1835 half eagle, both sides a little glossy and showing errant rim filing at the very bottom of the obverse. Two coin lot.

A brassy example of the final emission of five-dollar gold pieces from Carson City, this borderline UNC examples has bountiful minute contact marks on each side, along with a hint of touch friction. While sometimes found prooflike, chances are the coin was struck off the tail end of production as it shows consistent frosted texture throughout.

A traditional line bracelet with 20 old cut round diamonds set individually in square milgrain settings, SI clarity, I-J color with 24 French cut synthetic sapphires with a royal blue color. The vintage bracelet has engraving on the profile and is in good condition. Length 7.25”, 10.4 dwt.
