Half Dollars-Capped Bust, Lettered Edge
Cheddars de Voirs Collection. Overton-102 has "50 C" leaning well to the left on the reverse. Pleasing details and luster in the AU-55 range are offset by the rather obvious presence of crisscrossing hairlines in the obverse and reverse fields, though pale almond-tan has begun to develop, perhaps by inclusion within the slab.

Collector Lots-Silver Dollars
Get off your soapbox. Many collectors today still seek out the older “soapbox” style ANACS holders and this four-coin lot is sure to satisfy. All four issues are silver dollars and includes three Morgan dollars which are an 1885 MS-64DMPL, an 1899 MS-61, and a1900-S VAM-8 AU-58. A lone Peace dollar is present and is a 1928 MS-62. Each of these offers very light toning giving further evidence to their truly original nature (ck).
