Lowball collecting has become a thing in recent years as the cost of high-grade better-date silver dollars goes through the roof. Most of these are better dates, listed with estimated [cataloger grades] as follows: 1878-CC (Good, superbly original, 1878-S (VG/ancient cleaning has recovered gunmetal hue), 1888-O VAM-4 "hot lips" (Good, interesting Kraft envelope toning pattern), 1890-CC (Fine/old PVC conserved), 1893-CC (VG/dipped surface has recovered some color), 1894-O (Good/strangely colored), 1899-O (Good, outstanding and unusually strong album color), 1900-O (Fine, darker ashy grey), 1903-S (VF/cleaned with sharpness somewhat close to XF), and 1923-D (VF, modest album tone). Ten coin lot.

A blazing white example with memorable luster, the quality here is right on par with the grade as a few tick-tack bagmarks stray into the fields and a couple of lengthy curving abrasions show over the junk sales on the reverse.
