  • Lot #591 - 1799 PCGS VF-25
  • Silver Dollar-Draped Bust
  • Bolender-8, BB-165, R.3, one of the die-marriages for the series that had exclusive use of both the obverse and reverse dies. "N" in UNITED was originally punched in upside-down and subsequently corrected, this earlier die-state coin retaining remnants of an errant serif between "NI". Nicer patina visits this smooth and honestly worn example, for which there are no sudden or unexpected abrasions.

Included are: 1763 EM 5-kipeks (VF/corrosion), 1793-AM 5-kipeks (XF, much nicer than average), 1794-KM 5-kopeks (VF, slightly undersized flan with typical edge dings), 1804-EM 5-kopeks *XF, slight rim dings), 1804-EM 5-kopeks (XF+, lovely walnut brown), 1842-EM 3-kopeks (Fine, quite choice appearance), and 1844-EM 3-kopeks (VF/ege dings). Each is in an oversized 2.5x2.5 holder with weights individually listed. Seven coin lot.
