The graders may have netted a few points off due to a brief tear that enters the design at far left (not mentioned) as well as "minor glue" mentioned on the holder.

1 graded MS-64+, 14 higher at NGC. For a date sometimes found prooflike, this is a fully lustrous and matte-textured example that offers screaming vibrancy. Neither side can be called fully struck but prominently details are boldly sculpted and accented with smidges of olive-bronze toning. A carbon spot rests on the end of uppermost arrowhead on the reverse.
