A sensational strike brought up even intricate, minute details at Liberty's face while leaving the reverse just about fully rendered by the dies. Mild friction in the fields indicates light wear overall, while protected areas retain ample energy. Even at arm's length, both sides revolve nicely with cartwheel effect, especially the reverse. While 1890-CC frequently comes heavily abraded, this appears to be a nicer, less noisy example that does nothing but please the eye at the AU-50 grade.
